Signing up as a therapist on MiMi: a step-by-step guide

From downloading the app to your first booking: each step of signing up as a therapist on MiMi, what to prepare and how long it takes.
What to prepare
- A smartphone (iPhone or Android) and a Vietnamese phone number registered in your own name.
- A valid citizen ID card (CCCD).
- A well-lit spot to take a portrait photo.
- A bank account in your own name, for guests' transfers and for topping up your fee balance.
Step 1: Download the app and sign in
Guests and therapists use the same MiMi app. Download MiMi from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your phone number and the verification code sent to it.
Step 2: Become a partner and verify your identity
Go to Account → Become a partner. Photograph both sides of your ID card and take a portrait so MiMi can confirm your identity. Applications are reviewed within 24–48 working hours, and the app tells you the result.
Your ID card details are used only for verification and are never shown to guests.
Step 3: Your uniform profile photo
Every therapist on MiMi has a profile photo with the same uniform and background, which helps guests trust you and makes your profile look professional. Just take one portrait anywhere; MiMi swaps in the standard uniform and background.
- Look straight at the camera, in good light, with your face clearly visible.
- Show yourself from the chest or waist up.
- No sunglasses, face masks or hats, and no other people in the photo.
Step 4: Choose your treatments, prices and languages
Choose the treatments you do well and set your prices within the range MiMi publishes. Add the languages you speak so international guests can find you. You can also write a few lines about your experience.
Step 5: Fee balance and going online
When your profile is approved, MiMi adds 50,000 VND to your fee balance, enough for your first booking. After that you top up by bank transfer, from 100,000 VND each time.
Tap the power button on the home screen to switch from Off duty to Accepting bookings. New bookings arrive as notifications, even when your phone is locked, so turn on notifications and sound for MiMi.
