Home massage therapist jobs in Hanoi: choose your hours, get paid directly

MiMi is looking for more massage, acupressure and body care therapists to work at guests' homes in Hanoi. Switch on accepting bookings when you're free, work close to home and keep most of the service price.
The job: caring for guests at home, close to where you live
Guests book a treatment in the MiMi app, such as neck and shoulders, foot acupressure, Thai massage, aromatherapy oil massage or hot stone massage, and choose the duration and time. You receive an invitation when you're accepting bookings and nearby, then bring your equipment to the guest's home or apartment.
You don't report to a venue, and there are no fixed shifts or targets. Busy with family, studying or working a shift elsewhere? Switch off accepting bookings; switch it back on when you're free.
Areas that need therapists
MiMi serves guests in every district of Hanoi, from apartment-heavy areas such as Cau Giay, Tay Ho and Nam Tu Liem to the central districts. You only accept bookings close enough to make the trip worthwhile.
MiMi operates nationwide. If you live in another province or city, you can still sign up and take bookings in your own area.
Income: you keep most of the service price
You set a price for each treatment within the price range MiMi publishes. Current reference prices: neck and shoulders 60 min ₫300,000, Thai massage 90 min ₫480,000, aromatherapy oil massage 90 min ₫450,000.
Guests pay the full service price directly to you (in cash or by bank transfer to your account). MiMi only deducts its platform fee from the fee balance you top up in advance: 10% for bookings created before 11 January 2027, and 25% after that. For example, on a 500,000 VND booking the 10% fee is 50,000 VND and you keep 450,000 VND.
Monthly income depends on how many hours you accept bookings, your area and your guest reviews. MiMi does not promise a fixed salary.
Requirements
- 18 or older, legally residing in Vietnam, with a Vietnamese phone number registered in your own name and a citizen ID card (CCCD).
- Be competent in the treatments you register for, and take responsibility for the quality of your service.
- Be fit and healthy enough to work, and not currently facing criminal prosecution.
- Have a smartphone and a bank account in your own name.
- Work professionally, be on time and treat guests with respect, in line with the MiMi code of conduct.
What you get with MiMi
- Free sign-up: no deposit and no required uniform purchase.
- New therapists get 50,000 VND of fee credit when their profile is approved, enough for a first booking.
- A standard uniform profile photo: you take one portrait and MiMi swaps in the uniform and a shared background.
- An SOS button, the right to refuse or end a session if you feel unsafe, and the ability to block guests who break the rules.
- Refer other therapists: you get 50,000 VND of fee credit when they complete 5 bookings within 60 days, and they get 20,000 VND.
How to sign up
- Download the MiMi app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with your phone number and go to Account → Become a partner.
- Photograph both sides of your ID card and take a portrait for identity verification. Applications are reviewed within 24–48 working hours.
- Create your uniform profile photo, choose your treatments, prices and the languages you speak, then switch on accepting bookings.
