What is MiMi? The app for booking home massage in Hanoi
Updated October 12, 2026 · 2 min read
MiMi connects you with ID-verified massage therapists who come to your address at the time you choose. This post explains who MiMi is, what it does and how it differs from the usual way of booking a massage.

Who MiMi is
MiMi is an app for booking massage and body care at home, developed and operated by ANPUPU Company. The app is called "MiMi - Massage tại nhà" on the App Store and Google Play, and the website is mimimass.com.
MiMi is not a spa. MiMi is a platform that connects people: therapists work independently and manage their own schedules, while MiMi handles matching, identity verification, safety tools and support if something goes wrong.
What problem MiMi solves
Booking a home massage the traditional way often means messaging back and forth, asking about prices several times and not really knowing who will turn up. MiMi puts everything into one clear booking flow:
- The price of each treatment and duration is shown right in the app, and the total appears before you confirm.
- You see the therapist's photo, name, reviews, distance and the languages they speak before you book, or you let MiMi pick a suitable therapist nearby.
- When the therapist arrives, you check their photo and name against the profile in the app before starting.
- You can talk to the therapist through the in-app chat and send photos and your location.
Treatments on MiMi
MiMi focuses on relaxation massage and body care: Thai massage, aromatherapy oil massage, hot stone massage, hot herbal compress, sports massage, neck and shoulders, foot acupressure, relaxing head massage (no wash), prenatal massage, postnatal care, facials and some nail services.
For example, a 60-minute aromatherapy oil massage costs ₫320,000 and a 60-minute Thai massage ₫350,000. Prices can vary slightly between therapists within the range MiMi publishes, and the exact amount is always shown before you book.
Where MiMi operates
MiMi currently serves Hanoi, focusing on central districts such as Hoàn Kiếm, Tây Hồ, Ba Đình, Cầu Giấy and Đống Đa. Other provinces and cities will open gradually once there are enough verified therapists in each area.
The app is available in Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Each therapist lists the languages they can communicate in, so foreign guests can easily find a good match. Foreign phone numbers can still sign up with an OTP code by SMS.
The principles MiMi follows
From the start, MiMi chose a few simple principles and keeps them in every version of the app:
- Clear prices: the amount you see before booking is the amount you pay.
- No Tip: no hidden tips, and nobody asks for extra money.
- Pay the therapist directly: in cash or by bank transfer to the therapist's own account. MiMi does not hold the service money.
- Wholesome care services only: therapists do not offer anything outside the service list, and they may end a session if a guest behaves inappropriately.
