What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling is free until a therapist has accepted and set off. After that it's a late cancellation: you still pay nothing, but three late cancellations within 30 days pause booking for 7 days. A session can't be cancelled once it has started. If the therapist cancels or doesn't show up, you pay nothing.
