To the address you set in the app: your home, apartment or the place you're staying. If your building registers visitors, let reception or security know someone is coming, and add the building name and flat number to the address note.

How much does a home massage cost in Hanoi?

As a guide, a 60-minute body massage costs ₫320,000–₫380,000. Shorter treatments start at ₫150,000 and combos go up to ₫1,120,000. Each therapist sets their own price, and the app shows the exact total before you confirm. Bookings between 22:00 and 06:00 add ₫50,000; public holidays add 20%.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay your therapist directly at the session: in cash (Vietnamese dong), or by bank transfer to their own account using the VietQR code in the app, exactly the amount the app shows. Cards aren't accepted for sessions, and MiMi never holds your money.

Question 5

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling is free until a therapist has accepted and set off. After that it's a late cancellation: you still pay nothing, but three late cancellations within 30 days pause booking for 7 days. A session can't be cancelled once it has started. If the therapist cancels or doesn't show up, you pay nothing.
