Home massage in Hanoi: booking a therapist in Cầu Giấy, Đống Đa, Tây Hồ and other districts
Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read
Whether you live in the Old Quarter or a new urban area, MiMi finds a therapist near your address. This post explains how to book a home massage in Hanoi's districts and what affects the waiting time.

How MiMi finds a therapist near you
When you book "As soon as possible", MiMi sends the request to therapists who are accepting bookings near your address first, then widens the search further out. The first therapist to accept is the one who comes. You see the therapist's photo, name and location on the way.
If you'd rather plan ahead, you can schedule a time in advance or choose a specific therapist from the list.
Districts where people book most
Guests in most inner-city districts book home massage on MiMi, most often in:
- Hoàn Kiếm, Ba Đình: the Old Quarter and serviced apartments.
- Đống Đa, Hai Bà Trưng, Thanh Xuân: busy residential areas with many apartment buildings.
- Cầu Giấy, Nam Từ Liêm, Bắc Từ Liêm: offices and new urban areas.
- Tây Hồ: home to many families and foreign residents.
- Long Biên, Hà Đông, Hoàng Mai: large urban areas with many young families.
What affects the waiting time
Waiting time depends on a few factors:
- How many therapists are accepting bookings near you at the time you book.
- Rush hour and traffic.
- The treatment you choose: fewer therapists offer some treatments, such as postnatal care.
- If you need a guaranteed time, book a few hours ahead or the day before.
Prices and surcharges
Treatment prices are the same whichever district you're in, for example a 60-minute Thai massage from ₫350,000 and a 60-minute aromatherapy oil massage from ₫320,000. Sessions between 22:00 and 06:00 have a night surcharge of ₫50,000, and public holidays add 20%. Everything is included in the total before you confirm, you pay the therapist directly, and there's no need to tip.
