Prices shown upfront, No Tip: how MiMi prices a massage session

How much does a massage on MiMi cost, when are there surcharges and where does the money go? This post explains every item you see on the booking confirmation screen.
Prices by treatment and duration
Each treatment on MiMi has a few duration options, each with its own price. For example, aromatherapy oil massage: 60 min ₫320,000, 90 min ₫450,000; Thai massage: 60 min ₫350,000, 90 min ₫480,000; neck and shoulders 45 min ₫250,000.
MiMi publishes a price range for each option. Therapists can set their own price within that range, so two therapists may differ slightly. Whoever you choose, the price is always shown on the therapist's card and in the total before you confirm.
When surcharges apply
There are only two kinds of surcharge, and both are included in the total upfront rather than added later:
- A night surcharge of ₫50,000 for sessions starting between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Public holidays add 20% to the service price.
What No Tip means
No Tip means the price in the app is what you pay. You don't need to add a tip, and therapists may not ask for more than the amount the app shows. If anyone asks for extra money, you can report it to MiMi right in the app.
MiMi chose No Tip because tipping makes the real price unclear: guests don't know how much to give, and therapists have to guess what the guest expects. One clear number from the start is easier for both sides.
Who you pay, and how
You pay the therapist directly after the session, in cash or by bank transfer to the therapist's own bank account using the VietQR code shown in the app. MiMi does not collect payment on anyone's behalf and does not hold the service money.
MiMi charges a platform fee to therapists and charges guests nothing extra. Offers funded by MiMi (vouchers, reward points) are covered from this fee, so the therapist still receives the full amount.
Where vouchers and reward points are applied
When you apply a voucher or use points, the discount appears right in the total and you pay the therapist the discounted amount. One voucher per booking; points can cover up to 50% of the remaining price of the booking.
Does cancelling cost anything?
No. Cancelling is free while the therapist hasn't set off. Cancelling after the therapist is on the way counts as a late cancellation: there's still no fee, but 3 late cancellations within 30 days pause booking for 7 days. If the therapist cancels or doesn't come, you pay nothing.
