Become a therapist on MiMi: choose your hours, get paid directly by guests

Are you a massage therapist who wants to be in control of your time? Here is how MiMi works for therapists: requirements, fees, how to accept bookings and how you get paid.
Work independently, with MiMi as the connecting platform
Therapists on MiMi work independently; they are not employees. You switch on accepting bookings when you're free and switch it off when you're busy; there are no fixed shifts or targets. MiMi handles matching you with guests, showing your profile, safety tools and support if something goes wrong.
Requirements
- 18 or older, legally residing in Vietnam, with a Vietnamese phone number registered in your own name.
- Be competent in the services you register for, and take responsibility for the quality of your service.
- Commit to being fit and healthy enough to work, and not currently facing criminal prosecution.
- Have a bank account in your own name to receive payment from guests.
Sign up in 4 steps
- Download the MiMi app (the same app guests use).
- Go to Account → Become a partner.
- Complete identity verification: photos of both sides of your ID card and a portrait. Applications are reviewed within 24–48 working hours.
- Take your profile photo, choose your services, prices and the languages you speak, top up your fee balance, then switch on accepting bookings.
Platform fee: how much, and how it's paid
Guests pay for the service directly to you, in cash or by bank transfer to your account. MiMi does not hold your money.
MiMi collects its platform fee by deducting it from the fee balance you top up in advance, each time a booking is completed: 10% of the service price for bookings created before 11 January 2027 (launch offer), and 25% after that. Offers MiMi gives guests are deducted from this same fee, so you always receive the full amount at your own price. Top up your balance by bank transfer, from 100,000 VND each time.
Accepting bookings and setting your prices
You set a price for each service within the price range MiMi publishes. Guests can choose you by name, or MiMi sends you an invitation when you're a suitable therapist nearby. In addition, the "Requests near you" section shows bookings waiting for a therapist within roughly 15 km, so you can pick them up yourself.
Therapist levels (New, Standard, Professional, Elite) are assigned automatically based on completed bookings, review scores and cancellation rate; higher levels are shown first.
Safety for therapists
You have an SOS button throughout the session, the right to refuse or end a session if you feel unsafe or a guest behaves inappropriately, and you can block guests who break the rules. Ending a session for safety reasons is not counted as a violation.
