A relaxing massage at home before bed: choosing the treatment and the time
Updated October 22, 2026 · 2 min read
A gentle massage in the evening helps your body and mind slow down before bed. Here's how to choose the treatment, the booking time and get the room ready for the most comfortable home massage.

How an evening massage helps you sleep
After a stressful day, your body often stays tense even once you lie down. Massage with moderate pressure and a slow rhythm helps your muscles relax and brings a sense of calm, which is why many people find it easier to fall asleep.
Massage is a way to relax, not a treatment for insomnia. If you have trouble sleeping for several weeks, talk to a doctor.
Treatments that suit the evening
If the goal is to relax before bed, choose a gentle, slow-paced treatment:
- Relaxing aromatherapy oil massage (60–120 min, from ₫320,000): full body, light to medium pressure.
- Relaxing head massage, no wash (30–45 min, from ₫180,000): short and focused on the head, back of the neck and shoulders.
- Foot acupressure massage (60–90 min, from ₫250,000): good for people who stand or walk a lot during the day.
Choosing the time and preparing the room
Book so the massage ends about 30–60 minutes before you plan to sleep. Have dinner at least 1 hour beforehand, and take a warm shower if you like.
Set up a roomy place to lie down, a large towel, dim the lights and keep the room comfortably warm. You can tell the therapist in advance through the in-app chat what pressure you'd like and any areas to avoid.
If the session falls between 22:00 and 06:00 there is a night surcharge of ₫50,000; it is already included in the total before you confirm.
