Want your nails done but no time to visit a salon? With MiMi, a nail technician comes to your home at the time you choose. Here are the services, durations, prices and how to prepare.
Nail services on MiMi
There are currently two home nail treatments:
- Gel nails for hands/feet (45 or 75 min, from ₫180,000): cleaning, filing and shaping, and gel polish.
- Nail extensions and nail art (90 or 120 min, from ₫450,000): nail extensions and designs painted to your request.
Why getting your nails done at home is easier
No travelling and no waiting for your turn. You can have your nails done while keeping an eye on the kids, watching a film or doing some light work. The price is shown in the app before you book, you pay the technician directly, and there's no need to tip.
Setting up the space
The technician usually brings the tools; you just need to prepare:
- A small table and chair, near a power socket for the gel curing lamp.
- A well-lit place to sit.
- Send photos of nail designs you like through the in-app chat in advance so the technician can prepare the colours.
A note on hygiene
Tell the technician if your nails or the skin around them are damaged, have a fungal infection or are inflamed; in that case, see a doctor before getting your nails done.
