As a guide, a 60-minute body massage costs ₫320,000–₫380,000. Shorter treatments start at ₫150,000 and combos go up to ₫1,120,000. Each therapist sets their own price, and the app shows the exact total before you confirm. Bookings between 22:00 and 06:00 add ₫50,000; public holidays add 20%.
To the address you set in the app: your home, apartment or the place you're staying. If your building registers visitors, let reception or security know someone is coming, and add the building name and flat number to the address note.
You pay your therapist directly at the session: in cash (Vietnamese dong), or by bank transfer to their own account using the VietQR code in the app, exactly the amount the app shows. Cards aren't accepted for sessions, and MiMi never holds your money.
Tipping is optional and isn't included in the price. If you'd like to tip, give it to your therapist in cash; all of it goes to them.
Yes. Every therapist on MiMi has matched their ID card to their face and passed a skills interview before their first booking. The session only starts when they enter your 4-digit check-in code, both of you have an SOS button, and you can share the journey with someone you trust.
Most speak Vietnamese and some basic English. You won't need much conversation: treatment, length, address and price are all set in the app, which works in English, and you can message your therapist in the app. Add pressure preferences or areas to avoid in the booking notes.
Cancelling is free until a therapist has accepted and set off. After that it's a late cancellation: you still pay nothing, but three late cancellations within 30 days pause booking for 7 days. A session can't be cancelled once it has started. If the therapist cancels or doesn't show up, you pay nothing.
